He plays with amazing effort and has great football character.... I just don't think he has the power, strength, or instincts to thrive as a stand up LB. He's more of a gadget guy.

I don't give a F about who we have at WR on the roster. If he's there, and we pass on Robert Hunt or Winfield Jr. we have to get Denzel Mims. He's going to be a star by year 2.

Epenesa has a low floor and no juice and is slow without burst in terms of play speed from a down-stance. He's a technician and has great football and person character. I just don't know if Epenesa can't hit in the league or if he'll just be quality role player who can perform well in spots as a starter. I know he'll be quality player like that but there are still stars on the board right now.

Kyle Dugger moves just like Jamie Collins except maybe a little more fluid with DB capability. The tape resemblance between Collins at Southern Miss and Dugger at Lenoir-Rhyne in terms of play movement was wild. I knew the Pats would love him.

1.) Lacks the requisite awareness, instinctual feel for angles, run support, and tackling ability of a quality Strong Safety. 2.) Lacks the quickness of mental processing and instinctual fluid range play-making to disrupt the passing game of a quality Free Safety. He's an urgent, energetic athlete with high quality off the field intangibles best suited as a nickel defender exclusively. He's a weak link imo as a starter SS or FS. His play is too volatile high up and low down to survive as a quality Safety starter in the league. I don't hate him, but he's a 4th round player to me who everyone is valuing as quality starter. I'd rather gamble on Jeremy Chinn, Ashtyn Davis, and Kyle Dugger over him. Antoine Winfield Jr. is the one.

As long as we don't go frail, CB body, high character Terrell Burgess, bad knee Julian Blackmon , or Delphin "the Great" to try to fill our Safety spot I'm good.

I didn't have a clue about it either until recently when conversations about the NBA executives and players CBA designated salary reductions led to football reporters to wonder out loud if the NFL would be headed toward the same thing and/or if the new NFL CBA had different or similar provisions.
