Having someone like Antonio Brown and Juju wouldn't be bad but really it depends on how you view the 2. Bye weeks don't concern me. Drafting inferior players to fill bye week issues does. When comparing 2 guys that play the same position, draft the better guy. Don't worry about byes. If you manage to get 2 WRs that are Top-15, does it REALLY matter if they are on the same team?
