UConn would prove to be a great rival to BC, Cuse, and in women's basketball, ND, they were rivals with them before in the Big East era.

I also think it would be interesting if BC-UConn and Pitt-Cuse football games occurred each year on Thanksgiving weekend. The differences between UConn and BC (flagship public university in its state VS. private Catholic school) would surely fuel that rivalry, as is often the case in other Public-Private rivalries.

And if Cincinnati were to enter the ACC, they would likely dump their rivalry with Miami University (a MAC school who has plenty of other in-state rivals in their league) and pursue a yearly series with Ohio State. I dream of the day where Cincinnati and Ohio State have fierce recruiting battles as the two largest athletic programs in their state. And right now OSU doesn't have a real OOC Power 5 rival like many other Big Ten schools do (Maryland, Rutgers and Nebraska have many rivalries dating to their time in their previous conferences, and in the case of Rutgers, as an Eastern independent; Penn State also has rivalries with many former Eastern independents, the most visible of these being Pittsburgh; a number of schools have Notre Dame as a significant OOC Power 5 rival, Iowa has Iowa State as well).
