I think of a rookie QB being asked to work with three different OCs in three years, and I shudder. 9-7, I give O'Brien ONE more season before calling him mediocre. The downside of hunting for a coach and finding the wrong one over and over again just panics me. I'm ok with firing Rick Smith. From a cannon. Into the sun. For completions sake they have: Titans 11-5 Colts 7-9 Jags 4-12 This isn't unrealistic except for us losing week 17 in Indy. We would be fighting for a playoff spot and they will be mentally checked out, no way we lose. I see 10-6.
