I look at what the 49ers, Dolphins, Eagles - and that coaching carousel just worries me to no end. I think of a rookie QB being asked to work with three different OCs in three years, and I shudder.

9-7, I give O'Brien ONE more season before calling him mediocre. The downside of hunting for a coach and finding the wrong one over and over again just panics me.

I'm ok with firing Rick Smith. From a cannon. Into the sun.

They haven't really put a lot of thought into it, I think they have just looked at our history and just used that as a barometer.

For completions sake they have:

Titans 11-5

Colts 7-9

Jags 4-12

This isn't unrealistic except for us losing week 17 in Indy. We would be fighting for a playoff spot and they will be mentally checked out, no way we lose. I see 10-6.
