Tracer has one of the fastest charging ults in the game (ult would be her hit, probably), but successfully using recall wouldn't really enhance that. Is it possible that a successful use of his move could net the ultimate ability? also more from a game stand point, what's the likelihood that there would be a person who can pardon every lynch, a person that can revive dead players AND a player who can survive a lynch on the civ side?
