turtle28 Posted May 18, 2020 Share Posted May 18, 2020 (edited) You know, even if Dunny isn't as involved as originally presumed and it was more Baker and Dunny was just there and helped Baker ****** some stuff when Baker told him to after Baker pulled his gun, it's still a sad story for Dunny and the good to great reputation he had before February of this year. He went from a lovable player to one that most in the fanbase loathe and now a lot of fans are making fun of and calling stupid. He’s also probably cost himself tens of millions of dollars. It’s really just stupid what he’s done this offseason. He went from being able to play for Rivera and prove that he deserved a new contract that could have been up to a total of $40 million next off-season to maybe only signing on a one-year prove it deal next year or having to settle re-signing a deal like he’s on right now. Covid-19 and the potential cap reduction is also going to cost Dunbar. He had a better chance of sticking with the Redskins and them maybe overpaying out of a sense of loyalty. But hindsight is 2020.
