pf9
The NFL could make some more money if it sold the International Series as a separate broadcast package. ABC could use the London games on certain Sunday mornings to promote their Sunday night line-up - which is one of ABC's strongest nights. The Mexico City game would be on MNF as part of the deal. Games involving Western teams could be replayed by affiliates in more westerly time zones in a more convenient time slot.
biletnikoff
No one cares about the three networks anymore since the 80s. I don't even watch sit come or stupid hour dramas anymore

Besides, good luck trying to convince CBS, NBC, ESPN and FOX to split more games with two more additional networks come contract time. Chances are the league would lose out on money if they tried something like that. The only way I think that they could make that work was host all of the games on their own NFL network. But even then they would still be losing out on more contract and sponsorship money. Not too mention trying to clear a time slot. The NFL is too greedy.
