Ballard was not happy with the DT performance last year and outside of Grover Stewart he is the only DL to be 300 lbs +. Perhaps Autry spends more time at DE and Tyquan Lewis doesn’t make the roster and this addition bolsters the DT position. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Wyld Stallyns Posted August 12, 2020 Author Share Posted August 12, 2020 Colts DL coach Brian Baker spoke to the Indy media today and said that Denico Autry would be moved from DE to DT as the situation calls for it. This confirms that Autry is going to take over the Jabaal Sheard role on the defense.
