mdonnelly21
I been thinking about the Rams secondary It would make sense because I think Bengals are going to be looking for short to intermediate passes considering the matchups of Von Miller and Aaron Donald against this very weak offensive line. Burrow gets sacked 9 times against the Titans defense and they weren't nearly as good as this pass rush can be. So if Bengals are going to be looking for short passes to get the ball out quickly, it would make sense for the Rams secondary to play closer to the line of scrimmage and underneath. Dbrog24
From what I've seen, this would be counter to the Rams style of basically a zone where they will not let you beat them over the top. They still get away with it having good pressure too because of their stacked D-line. Specifically to this matchup, why would Rams switch that up? It's just asking for Chase to absolutely destroy you for 200+ yards which he's shown he's very capable of doing.
