I thought this was his future by 2020 did you see Chip Kelly now at UCLA? He will do great there. Gruden would have been perfect there too. Not sure Jay or many nfl coaches can succeed on the college level. Most don’t. kelly is perfect for college, especially the PAC12. He’ll get kids that he recruited, RBs, running QBs and and athletes on both sides of the ball that know his history and will want to go there. 3 or 4 years and he’ll have UCLA as the best team in the pac 12.
