NYJets4716 Posted June 14 Share Posted June 14 Rodgers looks like he recovered pretty good from the injury to me. He is running around slinging the ball around all OTAs and was listed with zero restrictions. With modern medicine and he had the most advanced surgery with the achilles, these injuries recover better than before. Now he can always get injured like any player. I know the Jets are pretty hyped with what they have seen out of Rodgers all offseason. Health is always the question. It appears like the Jets will monitor Tyron Smith like the Cowboys did with limiting his workload to try to get him to play the majority of the games, when he was out there he was still the best pass blocking LT in football. And the Jets have the 11th overall pick sitting behind him learning and ready to take over at LT, hopefully this LT pick plays out better than Becton did. Hopefully AVT can stay healthy at RG too, because the Jets OL has fallen apart the past 2 years when he went down. He is a great player when he is on the field but has been unlucky with injuries whenever they traveled to Denver. Morgan Moses played through a pec tear last season, he should be a upgrade over what we had. Carter Warren is another player developing behind him who the Jets like, so the depth at OT isn't bad. It's all about health. I really want to see Breece Hall with a competent OL and QB, and what Garrett Wilson can do with a real QB. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
