Wild day. Lots of other stuff happened 

Thank god don capers got fired. This guy always seem to have the bears number.  Ted Thompson is stepping down. It will be interesting to see what happens with the packers

looks like John Gruden will get ownership stake with the raiders. 

Why the lions fired Jim Caldwell is beyond me. I just don’t see the point. Stanford is playing the best of his career

Not much will change. TT will continue to be coach, but they will hire a GM, which could make them a bigger threat in FA. Their defense should improve.

Arians retirement makes Trestman hiring less sour.
