QB Flaws

Probably.  xD

Yeah.  Absolutely.  These guys all have positive traits as well (some more than others), but if we're talking flaws...they've definitely got some of those too.  Like all QB prospects.  Reality is, a bunch of them will most likely bust, or at least massively disappoint.  But if you don't have a QB, you've gotta take a swing.

The only QB I know of who every got a perfect rating from the pros was Elway, every other QB prospect came with at least some flaws including Peyton and Luck. There appears to be potentially 6 QB's who could possibly be 1st rounders, although few people are talking much about Rudolph.

Only 2 QB's have serious flaws IMO, Allen for his accuracy which seem to be associated with his mechanics and could be correctable. His pro day is absolutely crucial as to where he gets drafted after around 2 months of training under a pro type coach. If he has made significant gains, he could still go #1 overall as GM's really love his arm strength.

The QB who scares the GM's the most is Rosen with his 2 concussions and a separated shoulder, he is immobile in the pocket and reminds scouts of Bradford!!!

You can add Mayfield's height and it is a concern, because only 6% of current NFL franchise QB's are as short as he is, but that is a minor issue compared to Allen's and Rosen's.

As for who will bust, well, only around 20% of QB's drafted in the top 12 ever succeed, far better #'s than the 6% of later 1st round QB's and far better than the less than 6% who succeed past round 1!!!

Where Rudolph gets drafted is anybody's guess, but some team may take him in round 1.

As for Jackson, he could still be Buffalo bound or possibly Arizona???

I'm not sure on the specific metric or source for these numbers given, but in general, this is always a good sort of thing to keep in mind.  It's easy to get carried away in a draft with what a guy "might be"...and all these shiny new potential franchise saving QBs coming into the league every year.  But like those numbers indicate, a lot of guys fall well short.  We're not getting 6+ brand new franchise QBs this year long-term, unless this is a historically good draft.  Because unlike your assertion that only 2 of these guys have serious flaws...they all have potentially serious flaws, and they're not all going to overcome them.  Even the successes typically come out with flaws...but which guys have flaws they can overcome, and which guys are put in good situations to overcome those flaws...that becomes a huge factor.  Some of them won't make it.

But at the same time...you're not going to find that QB without risk.  A GM without a solid QB is dead in the water.  So you pick the guy you think has the traits to come out on the winning side of that ledger...and you ride with it.
