Being without Patterson and Warren sucks because Fields is gonna have to carry the load. Sick and tired of Najee running his mouth, but it's the only thing he can gain traction with, because he sucks at running the football.

I would be money on the idea that Najee plays for Dallas next season.

So first of all, I want to address something.I said yesterday. I said I was still undecided about Justin Fields. because I was at my son's football game yesterday.I did not get to see all of the Steelers game. I went back and watched the second half. There's obviously some mistakes on offense if got to clean uclebut man i'm really starting to think justin fields is the dude. 312 passing yards and 3 combined 2 TDs. If our defense had played even a little bit better in this game we win. Which admittedly is something several people. sometimes it just takes a guy moving to a new team to get t he most out of them and may be Fields is just the latest example of that.

I think its pretty obvious WR has to be up there unless we sign someone in the offseason or trade before the deadline for one. But even then, it could still be up there within the first 3 rounds. That's not dismissing Roman Wilson, it's just a position we absolutely have to build on.

Yeah, if we needed another reason to not bring him back. Having said that, I don't think Spencer Anderson is the answer there but maybe McCormick is?

I didn't say Fields isn't good enough what I am saying is Wilson isn't the Savior. For me, I'm still undecided on Fields. I agree the defense was a serious let down and part of me still wonders if that has more to do with Austin's preparations and playcalling than the players on the field (to an extent). Fields may be the future, I just am not ready to say that. As for this game I'm not burning it down, it's one loss, albeit a bad one.

We NEED another WR, it's that simple. This offense, while the playcalling is greatly improved at times, can't score points. Najee Harris, man I hope he is gone after the season, dude is garbage outside of garbage time. And I said last week, if this offense can keep improving we could be scary good. We looked like **** today on both sides of the ball.

It would also take away the simple mistakes, like people stepping on his feet.

It's not a trap. It's typical Tomlin football. Last year we lost to two teams with 2 wins, we have seen this script before. When we are facing a team we should easily beat, there is no sense of urgency and pressure to actually do so, so we riddle ourselves with lazy play and mistakes.
