Random questions. I NEED ANSWERS!

1) What’s the touch split gonna be among our RBs when Ingram is out?

2) and when he comes back?

3) What’s the snap split gonna be for Watson/Hill? 

4) Thomas, Meredith, Ginn and Smith are locks to make the team. How many WRs do we carry? Who else makes the cut?

5) Reports out of camp are that’s Coleman hasn’t been too impressive, but it’s very early. This isn’t really a question sooooo.... is anyone surprised?

6) Can Vonn Bell step up? Is he ready for a bigger role? 

7) Just based purely on the fact that he played fantastic last year, is it fair to be worried about a “sophomore slump” from Lattimore?

8) I predicted after his whiff, that Marcus Williams would be the 2nd most important defender on the Saints behind Cam Jordan. This falls in line with #7. Again, not a question so just tell me if you disagree. 

9) Taysom Hill we’ve see flashes of athleticism and playing, along with some JV level play. What will he be doing and where will he be doing it at this time next year? And the year after? 

10) What is our record this year? What pick did we give the Packers? 

Bonus Crazy Question:

Is Payton setting himself up to flip Brees for a high pick while he still can? It’s been discussed, speculated and rumored off and on for years. Maybe get a first round kick back in his pocket? He needs a QB first. But he’s got balls and cut throat. I don’t think it’s a realistic scenario (works great in madden though lol), but what would your reaction be?

1. Heavy Kamara with a touch of Williams and Scott.

 

2. Ingram will be eased back but will eventually settle out to what we saw last season.

 

3. Watson the starter... Hill a blocking specialist that will catch an occasional pass.

 

4. Great question... I think 5 and the 5th WR will be determined over these last few games mostly with their KR ability. Id say Tate could have the inside track because Westoff really likes him.

 

5. Not suprised... Saints are always good for at least one FA goof per season.

 

6. I wish I could say yes but Bell and PJ are both inching towards the bust label in my opinion.

 

7. No... Lattimore is the real see deal.

 

8. Imma say no... There us alot of hype around Williams but I believe that guy is Lattimore. Williams will have a great year but Lattimore is workimg towards battling Jordan as the Saints best defender.

 

9. Next year Hill will still be battling to be the Saints backup QB. In 2020 the Saints will realize that a 30 uear old QB project is absurd in the NFL and will draft a successor to Brees and Hill could possibly be out of the league.

 

10. 11-5... 29th overall

 

Bonus: No and no reaction... Brees basically has a no trade clause with the way his contract is put together. Brees will be the QB of the Saints for the next 2 seasons and possibly 3 or even 4. Im convinced that the Saints will target the 2020 draft to target a young QB.

Vonn Bell is a a bit better all around than Corey White was, but they’re very similar players. LBers in small DB bodies

This is what I'm most worried about!

I would say that our rookies last year brought us roughly three or four more wins with their fantastic play.

Does that mean we will have roughly three or four LESS wins if they don't perform as well as they did last year?

Then again, does that mean a couple extra wins if they play even better?........13-3
