James
Lots of players that I'm not too comfortable ranking, most of them for pretty obvious reasons (too few starts, coming off of long injury breaks, etc), but I'll still go with all 32 just for completions' sake. 1. Aaron Rodgers 2. Tom Brady 3. Drew Brees 4. Matt Ryan 5. Russel Wilson 6. Ben Roethlisberger 7. Philip Rivers 8. Cam Newton 9. Matt Stafford 10. Andrew Luck 11. Alex Smith 12. Jared Goff 13. There is fluctuating positions for each quarterback depending on their play. Matt Ryan showed regression from his regression last season from his regression in the Super Bowl during his MVP season in 2016. Ryan is a pretty up and down performer season to season, week to week, so his position should fluctuate accordingly in my opinion. I was asking you though if you really think Matt Ryan played like the fourth best quarterback after the playoffs in 2017 and his game Thursday night. What do you think his ranking should be going into week 2?
James
4 minutes ago, DoleINGout said: this is a weekly power ranking You might want to emphasize this a little more. I took this more as a "coming into the season" power rankings (this will be inherently more obvious once we get to week 2 ). Either way its an odd time to do a more short-term power rank since 2 players on the list have played a game and the other 30 haven't. All of that aside, one game still doesn't move a player much for me. I'll come back with an update after the week one games are finished, but barring several QB's putting up incredible performances Ryan should still comfortable be in my top 10.
