I'd watch a Ritchie Incognito coached team just for the lulz and tears. My best bet is probably Nathan Peterman. By all accounts he's a smart guy who understands the game but just doesn't have "it". Gruden apparently loves the guy. Classic example of "those who can't do". Leftwich, O'Connell, Moore- that type seem to have the Midas touch in the coaching community these days.
