Dallas94Ware Posted April 30, 2022 Share Posted April 30, 2022 Spent more time today digging up more plays where he wasnt the target, so I could get a better feel for him. The traits, like I said earlier, are definitely there. He seems to be a willing blocker. Not great but willing. Sloppy routes but he runs them aggressively even when he is the clearout or coverage dictates it go elsewhere. But I still dont see how a contested ball specialist who struggles to separate helps a team whos QB never throws contested balls. Hell, he barely seems willing to throw a corner fade in the endzone with 1 on 1 coverage, prefering the safer low and outside bullet. But you can always teach new tricks, both to Tolbert and Dak.
