coordinator0
With the 157th pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, the Baltimore Ravens select: Kyu Blu Kelly - CB - Stanford
coordinator0
I like it. Kelly should be a solid option out there in coverage. Decent size, decent athleticism, lots of experience at Stanford, and sounds like a pretty smart guy.

DreamKid
Love this pick. Rock solid depth CB that presents a strong scheme fit. Has experience, NFL bloodlines, and just gives us reliable option if we lose some of our top guys to injury. Went to the same Vegas powerhouse HS Ronnie Stanley did, so there's a little connection there as well.

Those reps where he did win against Addison though were what first had me intrigued by Kelly. Excited to see what kind of tape he throws down this preseason and how much he can improve under our DB coaches.
Ray Reed
This is prob my fav pick so far outside of Flowers. Think he steps on the field first day of practice and already represents an upgrade over Stephens at outside CB
DreamKid
My hope is Kelly can be what Iman Marshall was supposed to be before he got injured every single season. An experienced college CB ready to step up if we need it, but ultimately valuable depth with decent upside. We can resign Peters or someone else, and then look for that elite potential starting option opposite Marlon in next year's draft.

Rumor is he was an underrated and super durable(never missed a game) CB from USC we drafted in 2019, some say he never existed though.
DreamKid
This is the main appeal of Kyu Blu Kelly, a depth CB we can reasonably expect to not just fold against greater talents. Someone who can 'battle' against high end WRs and win his share of reps. Edited May 2, 2023 by DreamKid
