rickyt31 Posted April 30, 2023 Share Posted April 30, 2023 I'm actually interested in some of the names we picked up so far. We got LBs that can fly. Maalik Hall (4.42), Claudin Cherelus (4.50), and Caleb Johnson (4.40). CJ was always a good prospect, but he was in the wrong system at UCLA. Cherelus hit 4.50 with a bad start on his 40 and 38inch vert. Caleb Tannor added a lot of muscle from last season. He was originally around 225, now he's 237 and ripped. I want to see how that impacts is ability to play DE or LB. Trey Dean III is someone I like because he's a safety with CB experience. He had some misreads on defense, but he can become a solid Safety. He can support the run and plays man coverage well for safety. He just needs to settle down mentally.
