You can't be plucked off of one teams PS to another. If you get claimed off a PS you're on a 53 man roster. Eagles clearly did not view him as anything special. Seemed like a guy they'd keep around given the opportunity. I will say, his CB play never really developed over the past couple of years from my view. Pretty sure Vic just didn't see him ever becoming an outside CB that was worth rostering and we are much deeper at CB now so having a guy whose ceiling is just ST's is pretty hard to keep.
