One year here as Q B coach. They must like him-- a lot. Hope he's another young offensive genius ( age 32 ). Guess we'll have to trust the process. Guess we'll have to trust the process. He also was a back up for Tom Brady for a few years. I do agree though, I don’t know enough about him either to really judge how good he is at his job. As you said, hopefully he’s another young passing game genius like McVay and takes the next step as a coach but it’s still Gruden’s offense.
