what do you disagree with?  It is a FACT that most of those players will not be on the roster in 4 years. 

Also, winning NOW need excellent QB play.  We don't have that "now"

Agree. The trick will be retaining the better among them.

It only requires competent QB play like Tyrod will give us.

Just imagine an 18 interception swing alone and we are sniffing 8-8.
