Give me Mayfield here.  It's a sizeable drop from Mayfield to the 4th QB for me.

I see a significant drop off from Rosen + Darnold to the next batch.

Allen's accuracy issues scare me away.

Mayfield has happy feet, size/character concerns, and played within a system that inflated his accuracy.

Give me Lamar Jackson here. I'd love Miami to draft him if he is there for their 2nd pick (he won't be).

Allen, if he sits for a year.

I honestly don't know if I would take Allen even in the 2nd round.  Those accuracy issues are legit.  He screams Ryan Mallet to me.

I think those issues might actually be overblown.

Unless we trade up, it's all probably moot anyhow.

They really aren't.  Go watch his film, and then read reports/watch film of his Senior Bowl practices and game.

I'm going with Mayfield at 3. If you strip away the hype, and just look at what they did in college, Mayfield is the choice. I know that many love to look at the measurables, but that can only carry you so far. I have read many comparisons that have put Allen in the same mold as Ryan Mallet, and Brock Osweiler. Big, strong armed QB's with poor accuracy and timing. Now I don't think that Allen is a lost cause, because a good QB coach can teach a young QB some technique to help them.
