Good coaches put in place a system where they can maximize the talents of their QB or minimize their faults. Tomlin has a decent record with a rotation of atrocious QBs since Big Ben is gone (and even he sucked at the end of his career). Bowles now has had success with Baker at QB. Harbaugh was good way before came to town. Even McDermott went like 9-7 before Allen was drafted. None of those guys are offense masterminds. Pederson had success in Philly but for a short time. He crashed and burned there, sucked in Jax. Maybe he was never that good to begin with, or lost it along the way? Jacksonville doesn't a perfect roster or anything, but common they should be better than this.

I do like to tell Blue he's wrong, but yeah I'm down between 10 to 14 starters/expected contributors this week so yeah it's been challenging haha.

So I didn't penalize Cuba here. I think an hour late happens, he got already 4 votes against as a result, that's fine. I almost want to reward Frogs for going on a bender. But I'm going Akureyri anyway. I just feel that roster. First of, love Sexy Dexy: Cuba interior is stout and the shuffling of position before facing Dex makes me worried a bit and I also like Granderson/Jarrett. I do believe JJ has a big game but simply put, not sure I trust Rodgers here. On the other hand I think the battle of the trenches is pretty balanced as well despite Cuba focusing one more player on it in Van Ginkel. And with an 5 rushers (not always I know) and Pickens doubled, that leaves a lot of opportunities for big plays. Unless Simmons is in cover 2 high and then we have Pat F basically getting free underneath looks. Either way, I just think Akureyri plan is sounder and I kinda like their roster better right now. Surprised this is close tbh. CJ and, to a lesser extent, Wilkins are a mismatch for Greenland OL but that's really the only thing Cwfach has on their side on defense I believe. I think with CJ doubled and his pocket presence, Baker will be more than able to find open receivers against a secondary that simply can't hold guys like Lamb or Pittman for long. On the other side I understand the heavy run game because Greenland DL is fairly thin but I just don't think Cwfach has the OL or RBs to take advantage of it. I do think when they have to open the game up they have some success, and that's based on the awesome rookie start of Jayden, but also Ladd has been good against KC and that's the only decent thing I'll say about the Chargers this year. In the end, I think Greenland is well rounded and have a much more complete team. Greenland 38 - Cwmfelinfach 17
