the religion of the "it touched his hands so it's good enough" is a strong one. taking into account the real action speed, ball placement, ball speed.. if you think that's not a bad ball and catchable because hands touched the ball I don't know what to tell you.. we just see football differently... that's a bad ball and not realistically catchable imo... but it is what it is

If you think about it, it's genius... they won't think we'll put the game in Hodge and Harris' hands. We teams play the saints everyone knows the ball is going to Michael Thomas... literally almost everytime. He doesn't have burner speed. It's all about timing, precision, scheme, and trust. I'm sick and tired of the "we can't force it so they know what's coming" excuse. Everyone knows what's coming with the saints... it doesn't matter. Give Jarvis or Landry opportunities... even with drops. Michael Thomas has had some bad drops this year. It doesn't stop them. Chubb, Hunt, OBJ, Jarvis... not Hodge and Harris.

Whatever guarantees that Lindley is gone and we have a shot at Thomas, Wills, or Wirfs. Those are 2 realistic goals imo worth tanking for. Freddie is back no matter what imo.

Madness. Gives them a chance at momentum. Head coaching critical misunderstanding of situation.

1.) Defense has been fantastic all game. 2 Randall issues. Defense even giving up 14 points has done its job. You're not going to shut out the Ravens. 2.) We need this offense to break out for more than 6 points a half to give ourselves sustained winning chancers. 3.) James Browns glued on wig is still one of the greatest things in all of sports. 4.) He gets us with the trick plays. 5.) Lamar Jackson is a problem. 6.) HE'S BACK:

I've seen enough so far to know that we need to bring freddie back. I should've never doubted the power of 'He Gets Us.'

Lamar put in the work all offseason.... Landry and OBJ will likely have surgery in the offseason and be limited at OTAs again. Baker when asked about improvements mentioned it's all about OTAs, but really this offseason is as much about Baker's quarterbacking drilling and training work as well as defensive understanding growth as it is about chemistry amongst the skill players and playmakers. OTA unavailability can't be and won't be an adequate excuse as tons of teams are next level despite OTA unavailabilities. Baker's speed to drop depth is slower and not as tight as last year. Lindely has to be gone. Hire a new coach that can convince Baker to obsess over eye and mechanical drilling like Manning and Brees.
