They don't. That's just the way it is - dynasties are perfect storms, they happen maybe once every 8-12 years, and no team has ever done it twice, unless you count the early 00s/late00s Patriots as two different dynasties (which you shouldn't, because that's dumb). His own personal decisions haven't been good for him. Dez Bryant was hand picked by him, as was Jason Garett, Roy Williams and Jason Witten.
