Look at the replay again, Lynch gets a 2nd push - before he gets pushed back with his back turned where he looks short - but just before that, he surges up and it's damn close. I think it's still short, but it's not the half yard it looks when he's got his back to the LOS - it's before then where he hits forward progress.
