Figure they could've just signed a cruddy clipboard holder off the street...and accomplished more or less the same thing. But whatever...they needed a backup QB for the next bunch of weeks and have nothing really hanging around to promote from within the system i guess. While I would like success for Minshew, there's also the chance him being successful keeps this regime here.
