Freeman is a big loss not only as a player but as as leader on that D. Maybe they do but the training staff's competency has nothing to do with Freeman suffering a torn pec/concussion mid game. Same goes for Kevin White suffering a broken collarbone and Cam Meredith suffering a torn ACL. Bears have just had terrible luck with injuries the past few years but they are an inevitable part of the NFL.
Nads786
This is another brutal injury for us. A really good LB who is the signal caller for the team. Is Nick K going to set up and take Freeman's place? I hope so but I expect a ton of TEs just destroying us over the middle.

I wouldn't say it has nothing to do with it...how these guys train in the offseason, train in camp, eat, sleep, stretch before games will all be monitored by the training staff and if that is off you are going to be more susceptible to injury.
