jetsfan4life51
I wouldn't be great with contracts but if this team had me in the war room with them I have definitely had more hits than misses and we could have a much better team if they did what I liked lol. Only thing is we wouldn't have a QB, we haven't been in position for one.
jetsfan4life51
The officiating has been so terrible for Oakland wow.
Spiel612
We might accidentally win this game with a mixture of a tired Oakland defense and bad officiating. Huzzah.
Spiel612
Could our kicker BE any more valuable? In all seriousness, he's been quite good thus far.

Spiel612
Just now, jetsfan4life51 said: I know and I have my survivor pick riding on this lol Same! A couple hundred dollars to the winner and a few teams got knocked out last week thanks to Houston losing.
Spiel612
You know who the Raiders are reminding me of, a little? Us circa 2008/2009. Look how hot and cold they run!
Colt45fool
We were bound to cough up keeping this close.
kilahchris
is he blind cannot he now see the ball? if you call fair catch you have nothing to fear. Your only job is to make sure you catch that ball.
jetsfan4life51
Adams and Maye look good so I'm happy. Just wish we'd get the young WRs going.

jetsfan4life51
Pennington 2007 and Abraham 2005. 10 years since having a QB and 12 years since having a pass rusher. But at least we've tried getting QBs with Favre and Sanchez. We only tried one pass rusher, Gholston and that was 10 years ago.
Spiel612
Kellen Clemens (06), Brett Favre (09-Trade), Mark Sanchez (09), Geno Smith (12), Christian Hackenberg (15). Since 2006, we've spent a lot of draft resources trying to get a quarterback. You can also include Erik Ainge, Tajh Boyd, and Bryce Petty if you want even though those were mid-to-late round picks. This isn't an issue of devoting resources. It's an issue of being unable to develop these players into NFL caliber starters. Sanchez is lucky if he's a primary backup on most teams. That was the highest pick we've used on a quarterback. The other three who weren't acquired by trade were all second round picks. Again, some development required. Clemens simply wasn't very good. Geno was thrown immediately into the fire. Hackenberg was drafted on tools alone and probably will never be NFL-caliber anything. The issue isn't resources. It's who the organization is choosing to draft and how they're choosing to develop them.
jetsfan4life51
Yeah I mentioned Favre and Sanchez, but spending 2nd round picks isn't exactly going for a QB. We've made one big move for a QB, Favre was old we knew it was short term. But my point was the two most important positions we have not been able to fill since those years. jetsfan4life51
I'd love to see a turnover soon. Maye or Adams pick please.
