See, we know that Ertz is over the hill. While Kirk might have his best season finally playing as the primary slot WR with two legitimate outside WRs. And Kingsbury's scheme really calls for great blockers at the TE position, moreso than receiving TEs. We need to figure out if Ertz right now is an upgrade over Dan Arnold, the receiving TE from last year. Obviously the answer would have been heck yeah in prior years, but of we're just going to get someone similar or inferior to Arnold... Is that worth trading away Kirk? And yeah, we don't even have Arnold anymore, but that's my benchmark. And will Ertz' health hold up? Maxx Williams is injury-prone already. Just thinking about all of this. So far, with our draft picks, we've accomplished: 1.16 - Traded for All-Pro CB Xavien Howard 2.17 - ??? 3.16 - Traded for All-Pro C Rodney Hudson 4.16 - Part of trade package for All-Pro WR DeAndre Hopkins 5.16 - ??? 6.16 - Traded for OLB Markus Golden 7.16 - ??? 7.20 - ???
