Across all levels of football, Pete Carroll is one of the best to ever do it. Not many guys have his level of long term success at the NFL or college level, much less multiple championship caliber teams at both. 

Not to say Wilson was garbage only buoyed by Carroll, but a HC like that can make an average player look good. This season is really highlighting just how damn good Carroll is, imo. Frankly, I'd say this season is arguably helping the narrative on Carroll's legacy more than it's hurting Wilson's.

They're also 31st in stuff rate and I think Ken Walker is dead last in success rate
