I'm a bit confused No. If they did not pick up the option. AJ's base salary would have gone from 1.08 million to 11.25 million Reddicks base salary would have gone from 1.08 million to 16.25 million. All this does is stop the base salary for this year increasing, and adds dummy money at the end of the deal.
