Here is the episode about that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dHcs_0hLD1M My opinion: If Shanny stays in 09 despite going 8-8 and missing the 2008 playoffs, they would have had the 12th pick, and he would have used it on Brian Orakpo (to be the SAM 4-3 guy like Von). Also, Mike wanted to get rid of B-Marsh. I would have traded him to Miami a year earlier for their second-round picks (giving Denver three in that draft. They can use two of them to trade up into the first round for Hakeem Nicks). Also, QB coach Jeremy Bates probably stays (he worked well with Cutler), and Peyton Hillis isn't put into the doghouse because the baby from the movie It's Alive isn't the HC.
