Nolan Smith is a better LB than pass rusher right now. Big risk at #10. Adeboware is less risky, imo (and also a better prospect than Myles Murphy).

Yeah it’s not a great spot to be in, you’d imagine Howie would move up to 8 for Tyree or down if this is the board.

Joey Porter Jr probably is the bpa? I guess. If you thought JB or Slay could do the Slot, you could do that and let Maddox go back to Safety I suppose. Otherwise you are either sitting a top 10 pick for two years or benching a pricier player.

Skoronski would I guess make sense, be a plug player year one, maybe fight it out with Jurgy for RG. Then stick there, til maybe Lane is done. Even then maybe you just keep him at guard.

There’s a chance we are moving to a more 3-4 base to get into 5-2 fronts, so yeah they’d have need for another guy like that. Though there are a lot of them this draft.

I say the Eagles go OL not DE this high.  They have Graham, Sweat, Barnett and J. Robinson.  Sure edge could help but why when Lane Johnson will be retiring in a few years and OG is an issue so why not get Wright who could play OG then move out to RT.  Sure Jurgens can play guard but then they would have to move him back to center most likely next year.

 

OL just seems like the better option, could also go Skoronski if they do not like Wright and again both could fill in at OG this year.
