Good teams don't just trade away their best players for the sake of trading them. You already have a dominant #1, high end #2, and a young speedy #3 that you just drafted highly last year. Drafting another receiver at #13 when you don't have a QB would be such a terrible pick. A receiver in the middle rounds would be solid like Malachi Corley, Brenden Rice, Jalen McMillan, or Luke McCaffery but a WR at #13 would be a fail.
