Maybe fill the cell with black and make the text inside the cell white. How is it now? I did a light gray background for the roster and a strong blue for the schedule. Idk if that is too ambitious or not enough. A lot of them will likely show no interest in my school at all and I'll drop them from my board after a week or two. - If this is anything like recruiting in NCAA 14 my board is going to be very fluid with likely 50% or more of these guys replaced on my board after week 2 or 3. Basically if they're showing no signs of interest in my school I will immediately move on. - Hopefully its like 14 in that you'll get some passive recruiting points from just having them on your board. With that in my I will always have 35 players on my board. The 1 star guys I have now I won't spend a lot of points on but hopefully having them being passively recruited will allow them to be a backup plan for me later on if things don't go well. - I spent my first coach point on scouting offensive lineman as I plan to try to heavily recruit there this year. I'm not sure I have enough secondary players on my board right now as I have a ton graduating. The plan is to add some more secondary players in a week or two when I redo the board. I do know that it can be counter productive if some of the guys have playing time as a Deal Breaker, be sure to check that. I had to drop a lot of guys from the board because they either locked me out or had big time programs offer them scholarships.
