AZ_Eaglesfan Posted 1 hour ago Share Posted 1 hour ago Hurts didn’t play well this week. He got consistently stuck in the pocket. The throw to AJ was great, but outside of that it wasn’t pretty. His biggest strengths in 2022 was making quick decisions and not turning the ball over. My personal belief is that he is too worried about turning the ball over and is over analyzing things. Combine that with the poor pocket presence that he has always had and it’s just not great. He has to be more decisive and just trust his eyes. Would really love for the coaching staff to run more under center stuff and build a legit PA game. LB’s have to be shaking in their boots with Saquon back there. They need to rebuild his confidence and his comfort level. i wish he’d take off and run more tbh. North and south. instead of those indecisive roll outs to the right just take off and run Im not worried about Jalen in his 30s anymore as a player. He’s clearly not going to be here past 2027 so he needs to take a note from Lamar Jackson who the moment he got his contract started running again.
