I feel like all we do today is maybe resUgh a couple of our own, get Richburg and maybe Williamson. And that really doesn’t make our team significantly better and still leaves us with loads of cap space. We might be forced to sign like 3 CBs. Realistically, we knew we were longshots for Robinson, definitely did not want to pay Watkins 16 mil, weren't getting Norwell, and there's a good chance we don't get Cousins. We knew this coming in. Let's not act like we're the most desired spot in football. Only a few guys have committed to signing. Panic when we literally aren't landing a single guy and it's like day 5 of FA. You guys were all gung-ho on Jordan Matthews and now all of a sudden, the two top WR's are gone and all hell breaks loose. We can beef up the o-line, add Jordan Matthews, and still add a guy like Trey Burton. The fact is that we're rebuilding, especially if we don't get Cousins. The quicker fans accept that, the better off they'll be mentally as fans. And if we bulk up a ton on D in FA, we have draft picks to beef up the O. Yabthays an upgrade but let’s not act like he’s this star. In fact he has concussion issues. What OGs are outbtgerebthat are upgrades? I mentioned Mewhort, but he carries his risks as well. We all get we are in a rebuild. But there’s not a single excuse to be losing out on players bc of money. We have the most when it comes to that. And it appears we lost in on 2 targets already bc if money. And there’s a significant talent decrease between Matthews and Moncrief than that of AR15 and Watkins. I'm not defending Matthews. I'm just saying a lot of guys wants him. Butler was an average last year, but graded out higher than Trumaine Johnson and was elite in 2015 and 2016.
