Yeah, I really can’t justify the rent in the neighborhood I want to live in without having someone to help with expenses. I could do the $1,200+/month rent for a nice one bedroom, but I’d really rather not. Would much rather a two bedroom for $1500, split the costs and use the extra $550 a month on fun, retirement and savings.
