Not sure the QB play needs to improve that much. McCown was the #1 QB in the NFL in terms of passer rating on deep throws a few seasons ago. Will he get hurt because he completely lacks the ability to sense pressure? Probably. However, Petty would be the next one up and Anderson performed well with Petty last year. If you take the 4 games Petty started and extrapolate over a season you'd end up with 72-1236-8 (140 targets). Very similar to the Britt/Keenum situation in 2015 that lead me to draft him in 2016.
