  1. ….but it can’t be something directly related to your team. So as a Browns fan, I can’t say “stop ‘the drive’” for the Browns. Mine would be…The Steelers select JP Losman instead of Ben Roethlisberger.
  2. Yeah I thought he was awful so he would definitely qualify.
  3. Yeah I saw this. Weird, but I wouldn’t DQ him for it.
  4. They say every organization has to hang their hat on something. It’s a copycat league; if we keep winning, expect more teams to sign even more aggressive sex predators.
  5. I thought this class was an abomination, especially in the mid 20’s on. There were like 5 players I was intrigued by that went day 2. Kyle Filipowski C Tyler Smith PF Bobi Klintman PF Adem Bona C Johnny Furphy SF It might end up being a solid draft class, but you would be incredibly hard-pressed to find anyone, fan or expert, who would agree. I don’t know much about Tyson. He was one of the guys in R1 I didn’t know much of anything about pre-draft. I like what I heard/saw after the fact, but he doesn’t seem like a dude that can ever really start. He is a bench guy IMO.
  6. We were in a bad spot. All of the intriguing starter-level talent went off the board at pick 19 IMO. We were just out of range for a starter. Tyson is fine. I would have preferred Kyshon George, but he and Tyson were literally in the same range for me, so splitting hairs. Tyson will be a good bench guy for a long time, but I don’t think he fits well with our starters. Even at his ceiling, I still think he’s a bench guy…which is fine. Pick 20 in a horrible draft class wasn’t gonna be a homerun, which is exactly why I didn’t care if we used that pick on Bronny.
  7. I think Chicago stands a crazy slight chance. If Williams balls out the likes of which we haven’t seen, they could do it. But I think he’s gonna be good, not elite in the pros, so DOUBT…but not 0%.
  8. No. We are keeping those guys. The market for Allen might be helpful. The market for Garland will be extremely low given his talent. What wing could we get for him this year? Ingram (no thanks) or Keldon Johnson? That doesn't make us better in the short or long-term in my opinion. I'm not totally opposed to trading anyone on this team, but not right now, where the wings teams are willing to part with are bleh. It makes sense in theory to trade DG, until you look at who would want him and what they could offer us. There is no market for him, especially if the rumors of Trae Young &/or Dejounte Murray being on the trade block are true.
  9. Interesting to see how long this lasts. Doubt he ever steps on that campus.
  10. Uhhh yeah. With pretty myvh zero of the current roster they have now aside from Murray (who looks as bad as Watson did) and Budda Baker. And middling in his prime DJ Humphries. I am going to guess you didn’t watch them play at all last year. They were one of the least talented teams Ive ever seen on the field. They have no shot
  11. Win a game? Yeah. Be a good coach? No. I think anyone could get a victory in the NFL when you have great talent. However, you won’t win more than 6-7 games unless you have a good-great coaching staff.
