We gave him a 5-year $40 mil deal with $20 mil guaranteed to be our new deep threat, but he's only produced 1,302 receiving yards in 4 seasons. For Richardson to be a quality starter not only is he going to have to stay healthy, he's going to have to produce more than he ever has in the NFL before. That being said, he ran a 4.40 at the combine and should give us speed outside we were missing last year. He misses the Top 20 because he is unproven to stay healthy, in career production, and he's new to our offense. He's all upside but he's a risk for sure. HTTRDynasty
Who was #4 on your list last year? I don't see a name.

MikeT14
It's amazing how different 2018 is going to look. 6, 12, 13, 17, 20 and an HM from last year are all off the team. 15 and 16 could get cut. Preston Smith will likely drop hard. Ryan Anderson probably won't make it.

MKnight82
Honorable Mention - CB Fabian Moreau https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MoreFa00.htm Games Def Interceptions Fumbles Sacks & Tackles Year Age Tm Pos No. G GS Int Yds TD Lng PD FF Fmb FR Yds TD Sk Tkl Ast Sfty AV Career 16 0 0 0 0 0 1 4 3 1 2017 23 WAS 31 16 0 0 0 0 0 1 4 3 1 Previous Year's Ranking - N/A Moreau came into camp last year still nursing an injury from college, so he was behind the curve early. He only registered 4 tackles in limited playing time as a rookie. But we brought in Paul Richardson to be a deep threat on offense, but Moreau ran a faster 40 time (4.35) at the combine. The guy can flat out fly. I think he's going to end up taking over the #2 role full time this year. It may not be Week 1 but by mid-season I think he'll be starting. Obviously this is a total projection, which is why he didn't make the top 20, but the upside is there.

turtle28
I’m confused, why are you naming honorable mentions before the list is done?

He has range our other safeties just don't have (well maybe Apke but we'll see). We only got to see him in 8 games last year, and health could definitely be a factor for him going forward (especially the concussions), but when he was out there he looked like a legitimate starting deep Safety. BTW, #20 - 16 are all going to be young players with upside that are unproven at this point.
MKnight82
Oh, also 3 possible Week 1 starters did not make the Top 20.
