Joey Bosa ruled OUT vs Chiefs.

Losing both Henry and Bosa to season ending injuries would be....exactly what was probably gonna happen.

This is certainly a better diagnosis that what it could have been.  That said, I have a profoundly deep-seeded distrust of diagnoses from the Chargers medical staff... for reasons.

Bosa was diagnosed by a foot specialist outside of the organization.

Best case scenario is he misses September and the Chargers get out 2-2  and then they can have him healthy for the final 12 games.

Sounds like he is out 2 weeks at least.

I'd be on at least 3.  Bone bruises are usually something you can play through and manage the pain... except when there in a spot where you're going to be putting a ton of your body weight on and planting on while being smashed into by another 300 pound body.

What Bosa's got going for him is at least the Chargers are in a position this season where they'll have to play on turf unless it were to come in the postseason.
