Awful, millions of dollars lost in a moment for the kid. At this point I just hope he keeps his leg and can walk without pain again.
beekay414
Yeah, when I saw it I immediately thought his career was over. I don't think there's any questioning that now.
Texansfan713
Yeah when I saw it as well I knew it was going to be a terrible injury to recover from. No way your leg supposed to bend like that. I wish him all of the best.

Keeping his leg is the most important part of all of this. This was a brutal injury and a normal life is certainly the goal right now.

And it's important to note that "the nerve is intact" doesn't mean "there isn't significant damage to it". Because if it wasn't intact he'd likely have to have the leg amputated, so there could and very likely will be some hellish long term complications he's going to suffer because of this. It's likely that, at some point, barring a miracle and suffering only minor minor nerve damage, that he will end up having to lose that leg in his lifetime, or need serious ambulatory assistance. Which is why it's disgusting that these kids don't get any kind of long term insurance coverage from their schools.
Chrissooner49er
What a tragic end to Milton's UCF career...more than likely. Yes, he should focus on keeping the leg. Career becomes a very distant concern right now.
