I mean. We have athletes at most positions. They either don't learn/take to coaching well or they've been poorly coached. I don t understand how it took McNair to show and have Rojo implement how to catch a ball with proper technique. It took until it was way too late for him to fire Smitty. There's no way practices went any differently than our games did.
