In a perfect world, BoB is fired mid-season and Weaver takes on HC duties. (It's not going to happen, I get that). I like Weaver, I think he'll be very good for us. I mean he’s not going to come out and trash his guys. You gotta have faith in your boys. Partially they were so bad because no one can cover for 4 plus seconds down in and down out. I think part of our pass rush problem last year was that there was no creativity to our pass rush.
