Trying to establish and new culture on the field with the Rivera hire, only to find out that we need it off the field as well. Hire a guy to put in charge of business operations- where we had females doing job orientations for their new female colleagues on how to deal with the men they work with- who was part of the culture from 2006 to 2019. The same guy was also part of Snyder Communications as a high level executive so he’s been fully ingrained in what Snyder does.
