Hagar
So....COVID took out Tannehill, and now Newton, for this week. We can only have 3 rostered QB's and Lock (who was out anyways) is blocked from dropping him because Denver played Thursday. Is there anything that can be done, short of dropping Tannehill and Cam, or do I have to go QB-less this week?

If you put them on IR it doesn’t count towards your positional limits. you could also trade for Watson or Herbert

Any player with an “out” designation should be eligible for IR. Was about to send out a notice to everyone since it seems like a lot of people haven’t been taking advantage of that. When i tried to move one of those players (including Cam) to move the IR slot is not an option for me, just a starting spot or the bench. squire12
I think the player needs to have the IR notation to move to IR. If a player's status goes from IR to out, the system restricts transactions until the "out" player is moved to the active roster.

How are you trying to do it? If you are on a computer you need to press “Manage IR” to be able to add a player to the IR slot. It won’t let you do it by using the regular move player button or whatever.

I have Damien Williams on IR and his designation is “out” and it lets me move him around there freely. I’ve also had it let me do it with other players pretty easily. It only requires you to move the player to the active roster if they are upgraded to doubtful or questionable.

squire12
League is looking very competitive at the moment. 8 teams in serious contention for the playoffs and not a huge separation in points scored. top 7 only separated by 82 points. Going to take some good fortune based on injuries
